DOYON 2T1 Electric Artisan Stone Single Deck Oven with Ecomode Energy Miser

The Artisan Stone Single Deck Oven features an electric design equipped with an Ecomode energy miser/governor. It boasts a stone hearth baking deck with a capacity for two pans, designed for end loading. The standard deck height is 8 inches, and each deck is controlled by programmable settings. Capable of reaching temperatures up to 600 °F, the oven includes independent elements for both the upper and lower decks, with self-contained steam injection for each. It also has retractable doors and comes with heavy-duty legs and casters. This oven meets various safety and sanitation standards, including ETL-Sanitation, cETLus, CE, and ISO certifications.
