The Artisan Stone double-deck oven features an electric design equipped with an Ecomode energy miser/governor. It showcases a stone hearth baking deck with the capacity to accommodate two pans per deck and is designed for end loading. Standard deck height is 8 inches, and each deck is controlled programmatically, reaching a maximum temperature of 600 °F. The oven includes independent upper and lower deck elements, as well as self-contained steam injection for each deck. Additionally, it boasts retractable doors and comes with heavy-duty legs and casters. This oven is ETL-Sanitation, cETLus, CE, and ISO compliant.
