The Artisan Stone double-deck electric oven features an Ecomode energy miser/governor for enhanced efficiency. It boasts a stone hearth baking deck with a capacity for three pans per level and an 8-inch standard deck height. Each deck is equipped with programmable controls, allowing for maximum temperatures of 600 °F, and independent heating elements for the upper and lower decks. The oven is also designed with self-contained steam injection for each deck and retractable doors for easy access. Additional features include heavy-duty legs and casters for mobility, and it meets ETL-Sanitation, cETLus, CE, and ISO standards.
