The Artisan Stone Triple Deck Oven is an electric baking solution designed for efficiency and quality. Featuring an Ecomode energy miser/governor, it boasts a stone hearth baking deck that accommodates four pans per deck. The side-loading design allows for easy access, while the standard 8-inch deck height provides ample space for baking. Each deck is equipped with programmable controls and can reach a maximum temperature of 600 °F, thanks to independent upper and lower heating elements. Self-contained steam injection enhances baking capabilities, and retractable doors facilitate smooth operation. The oven is supported by heavy-duty legs and casters for stability and mobility.
