The MX2000 Master Mixer features a robust single speed operation, equipped with a 16-inch stainless steel shaft and a 3.54-inch diameter bell, capable of handling up to 15 gallons (60 liters) of capacity. This non-detachable unit is designed with a safety and continuous run switch for user convenience. Its titanium plated cutter blade operates at an impressive speed of 9,500 RPM, powered by a 460-watt motor with a voltage of 115v/60/1-ph. The mixer is compliant with CE and ETL-Sanitation to NSF-STD 8 standards, and is also ETL-listed to UL-STD 763 for added assurance of quality and safety.
