The MX91 Master Mixer features a single-speed operation with a 16-inch stainless steel shaft and a 3.54-inch diameter bell. It has the capacity to mix up to 15 gallons (60 liters) and includes a non-detachable, titanium-plated cutter blade that operates at 9,500 RPM. With a power output of 460 watts and a voltage of 115V/60/1-ph, it meets CE standards and is ETL-Sanitation certified to NSF-STD 8, as well as being ETL-listed to UL-STD 763.
