The Versa-Chill Series Refrigerated Pizza Prep Table comprises a single-section design with a spacious 9.7 cu. ft. capacity. It features side-mounted self-contained refrigeration and accommodates six 1/3 pans. The table includes a removable lid and a self-closing solid door with a recessed handle, hinged on the left, along with a stay-open option. Inside, there are two adjustable plastic-coated wire shelves, and it maintains a temperature range of 33°F to 45°F with automatic evaporation. The unit is equipped with a polyethylene cutting board and boasts a stainless steel interior and exterior for durability. It rolls easily on casters and utilizes R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant powered by a 1/6 HP Embraco compressor. Operating at 115V/60/1-ph with a current draw of 2.3 amps, this model meets cETLus and ETL-Sanitation standards.
