The Versa-Chill Series Refrigerated Pizza Prep Table features a spacious three-section design with an 18.5 cu. ft. capacity and side-mounted self-contained refrigeration. It accommodates (12) 1/3 pans and includes (3) removable lids for easy access. The unit is equipped with (3) self-closing solid doors that have recessed handles and a stay-open feature for convenience. Inside, you’ll find (6) adjustable plastic-coated wire shelves and a temperature range from 33°F to 45°F, allowing for optimal food preservation. With automatic evaporation, this prep table comes with a polyethylene cutting board and is built with durable stainless steel both inside and out. It also features casters for mobility, uses R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant, and is powered by a 1/3 HP Embraco compressor at 115v/60/1-ph and 3.1 amps. This unit is cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certified.
