The Versa-Chill Series Refrigerated Pizza Prep Table features a two-section design with a generous 20 cu. ft. capacity. It boasts side-mounted self-contained refrigeration and accommodates nine 1/3 pans. The unit is equipped with two removable lids and a self-closing solid door with a recessed handle, which is hinged on the right and includes a stay-open feature. Inside, you'll find one adjustable plastic-coated wire shelf and two drawers on the left, each with a 12 1/6 pan capacity. Operating within a temperature range of 33°F to 45°F, the table also includes a polyethylene cutting board and is constructed from stainless steel for both the interior and exterior. It rolls smoothly on casters and utilizes R290 refrigerant, powered by a 1/3 HP compressor at 115v/60/1-ph, drawing 7.5 amps. It meets cETLus and ETL-Sanitation standards.
