This sleek countertop sushi display case measures 70-4/5 inches in width, 15-9/1 inches in depth, and 12-1/2 inches in height. It features internal LED illumination and a digital temperature control and display for optimal food preservation. The direct cooling system is equipped with a top evaporator and an automatic basin for efficient operation. The front is crafted with curved tempered glass, complemented by a sliding door at the back for easy access. This unit accommodates eight 1/3 GN pans and includes two doors with a stylish black exterior finish.
