The Versa-Chill Series Refrigerated Salad/Sandwich Prep Table features a two-section design with a capacity of 13.4 cu. ft. It comes equipped with rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration and can accommodate (12) 1/6 pans. This model includes (1) lid, (2) self-closing solid doors that have recessed handles and a stay-open feature for convenience, as well as (2) adjustable plastic-coated wire shelves. The temperature range is adjustable from 33°F to 45°F and it also includes a polyethylene cutting board. Constructed with stainless steel for both the interior and exterior, this prep table is mounted on casters for mobility. It utilizes R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant, features a 1/6 HP compressor, and operates on a 115v/60/1-ph power supply with a consumption of 2.3 amps. It is certified cETLus and ETL-Sanitation compliant.
