The Versa-Chill Series Refrigerated Salad/Sandwich Prep Table features a two-section design with a generous 12 cu. ft. capacity and front-breathing, side-mounted self-contained refrigeration. It accommodates twelve 1/6 pans at the top and includes a single lid for easy access. The unit has one self-closing solid door with a recessed handle (hinged on the left), designed with a lock and stay-open feature. On the right side, there are two drawers equipped with recessed handles, offering space for two 1/6 pans and one 1/2 pan in each drawer. Additionally, it comes with one adjustable plastic-coated wire shelf. Operating within a temperature range of 33°F to 45°F, it includes a polyethylene cutting board and boasts a stainless steel interior and exterior. The unit is mounted on casters for mobility and utilizes R134a refrigerant with a 1/3 HP compressor, operating at 115v/60/1-phase with a current draw of 7.5 amps. It meets both cETLus and ETL-Sanitation standards.
