It includes a 12-inch griddle (left side) equipped with a 3/4-inch thick polished steel cooking surface and a grease trough. On the right side, you will find eight open burners with durable cast iron top grates. The unit also has two ovens with stainless steel burners, complemented by a stainless steel front, back, sides, kick plate, back guard, and a high shelf. With a total output of 259,000 BTU, this range is cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certified.
