The Restaurant Range features a powerful LP gas system and measures 60 inches in width. It includes eight open burners (located on the left) equipped with durable cast iron top grates, along with a 12-inch griddle (positioned on the right), which boasts a 3/4-inch thick polished steel plate and an integrated grease trough. Additionally, the range is designed with two ovens that utilize stainless steel burners, and it is constructed with a stainless steel front, back, sides, kick plate, back guard, and high shelf. With a total output of 259,000 BTU, it meets cETLus and ETL-Sanitation standards.
