It has a capacity for (10) 18 x 26-inch pans and can chill up to 75 lbs or freeze up to 48.5 lbs of product. The temperature range for chilling is from 197 °F to 37 °F, while freezing operates from 197 °F to 0 °F. It includes an auto defrost function with a pause feature and is equipped with one solid hinged door. The interior and exterior are made of stainless steel, complemented by adjustable stainless steel legs. The unit utilizes R449A refrigerant and has a 1.5 HP motor with a power consumption of 3105 watts.
