The Gemmr Commercial Blast Chiller/Freezer features a reach-in, single-section design with self-contained functionality. It offers a capacity for (15) 18 in x 26 in pans and can chill up to 110 lbs or freeze up to 83 lbs. The unit operates within a chilling range of 197 °F to 37 °F and a freezing range of 197 °F to 0 °F, complete with an auto defrost option that includes a pause feature. A solid hinged door provides easy access, while the interior and exterior are constructed from durable stainless steel. The adjustable legs are also made from stainless steel. The unit utilizes R404A refrigerant and is powered by a 5.1 HP motor, consuming 3815 watts at 208-240v/60/3-ph, with a current draw of 12.5 amps. It comes equipped with a cord for hardwiring and meets cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certifications. Additionally, this product is proudly made in Italy.
