Built with durable steel knives, it ensures safety with a micro-switch located on the lid and lever. The ventilated motor enhances performance, while the 18/10 stainless steel tank with handles provides easy handling and durability. The transparent Tritan lid features an opening for convenience, and the heat-diffusing bottom ensures even cooking. This model also comes with a spatula and sharpening stones. Made with aluminum construction, it operates at 12 kW, 120v/60/1-ph, with a 1 hp motor drawing 4 amps. It is compliant with NEMA 5-15P, NSF, ETL-Sanitation, cETLus, and cULus standards.
