The Lamber Dishwasher is a high-temperature, undercounter model featuring a compact design with dimensions of 20 in x 20 in and a square basket. It offers an efficient wash cycle time of 2 minutes, capable of processing up to 30 baskets per hour. This unit is equipped with wash and rinse temperature thermometers, a removable control panel, a rinse aid dispenser, and a pump drain for convenience. The automatic tank loading system and door-opening safety device enhance usability and safety, while thermocontrol and a security thermostat ensure optimal operation. It includes one dish basket, one flat basket, and one cutlery container. Made from 8/10 AISI 304 stainless steel, this dishwasher operates on a 208-240v/60/1-ph power supply with 15 amps and 3.65kW. It is certified by UL, cULus, and holds an ENERGY STAR rating.
