It features a gear-driven mechanism and comes equipped with a durable stainless steel bowl, as well as a whisk, dough hook, and beater. The painted cast iron base enhances its sturdiness. With a powerful 0.7 HP motor and 600 watts of power, it operates on 110v/60/1-ph and draws 6 amps. It is compatible with a NEMA 5-15P plug and is cETLus certified. Please note, it is not suitable for mixing pizza, pita dough, or similar products.
