Lamber Multi-Function Utensil Washer features a high-temperature, hood-type design with a clearance of 19-3/4 inches. It efficiently processes (30-20-15) racks per hour with adjustable cycle periods of (2-3-4 minutes). Equipped with a rinsing booster pump and gravity drain, this model facilitates automatic tank loading. The user-friendly soft touch electronic control panel and digital thermometers enhance ease of operation, while two integral tank filters maintain cleanliness. The unit includes an open stainless steel basket, a stainless steel rack for GN containers, and two racks designed for bowls and plates. Constructed from durable stainless steel, it operates on 208v/60/3-ph, drawing 26 amps and 1.5kW, and carries cULus and UL certifications.
