This electric combi oven/steamer features a steam generator with the capacity to accommodate (10) half-size sheet pans or (10) 12 in x 20 in x 1 in hotel pans. It comes equipped with a 10" wifi-ready, high-resolution easyTouch control panel that supports up to 20 stages and stores 399 cooking recipes. Users can select from four cooking modes: hot air, steam, combi-steam, and retherm. Additional features include LED lighting, a multi-point core temperature probe, and a five-speed auto-reversing fan. The unit is designed with a triple-pane right-hinged door featuring an anti-microbial hygienic handle, and includes (5) wire shelves and a pull-out spray hose. Its ConvoClean+ fully automatic hands-free cleaning system and durable stainless steel construction ensure efficiency. This model is UL-listed as ventless, requiring no hood (local codes may apply), and is cULus and NSF certified.
