This electric Combi Oven/Steamer features a steam generator with a capacity for either (10) full-size 18 in x 26 in sheet pans or (20) 12 in x 20 in x 1 in hotel pans. Equipped with a 10" wifi-ready, high-resolution easyTouch control panel, it offers 20 customizable stages and can store up to 399 cooking recipes. The appliance operates in (4) cooking modes: hot air, steam, combi-steam, and retherm. It includes an LED light, a triple-pane right-hinged door with an anti-microbial hygienic handle, a multi-point core temperature probe, and a five-speed auto-reversing fan. Additional features include (5) wire shelves, a pull-out spray hose, and the ConvoClean+ fully automatic hands-free cleaning system. Crafted with stainless steel construction, this oven is UL-Listed and ventless, meaning a hood is not required (local codes prevail).
