This gas combi oven/steamer features a boilerless design, accommodating either (10) full-size sheet pans measuring 18 in x 26 in or (20) hotel pans sized 12 in x 20 in x 1 in. It comes equipped with a 10” wifi-ready, high-resolution easyTouch control panel that allows for 20 cooking stages and the storage of 399 cooking recipes. With four cooking modes—hot air, steam, combi-steam, and retherm—and an LED light, this unit offers versatility for various culinary needs. The right-hinged triple-pane door is designed with an anti-microbial hygienic handle for added safety. This oven also includes a multi-point core temperature probe and a five-speed auto-reversing fan to ensure even cooking. For convenience, it comes with (5) wire shelves, a pull-out spray hose, and the ConvoClean+ fully automatic hands-free cleaning system. Constructed from durable stainless steel, it has a power rating of 0.5kW, operates on 120v/60/1-ph, drawing 7.5 amps, and boasts a heating capacity of 109,200 BTU.
