This roll-in gas Combi Oven/Steamer features a steam generator and boasts a substantial capacity, accommodating either (20) full-size sheet pans measuring 18 in x 26 in or (40) hotel pans measuring 12 in x 20 in x 1 in. The 9 in easyTouch control panel allows for seamless operation with the ability to store up to 399 cooking recipes across 20 stages. It offers four versatile cooking modes: hot air, steam, combi-steam, and retherm. Additionally, it is equipped with a multi-point core temperature probe, a five-speed auto-reversing fan, and an anti-microbial hygienic door handle. For convenience, the unit includes a built-in hands-free automatic wash and a pull-out spray hose. Included with the oven is one CSRT2020-4 roll-in trolley. Constructed from durable stainless steel, this appliance operates at 1.1kW, 120v/60/1-ph, 10.6 amps, and delivers 327,600 BTU, meeting cULus and NSF standards.
