This high-performance Combi Oven/Steamer features a roll-in, gas, boilerless design with the capacity for (20) full-size sheet pans measuring 18 in x 26 in or (40) hotel pans sized 12 in x 20 in x 1 in. The 9 in easyTouch control panel allows for programming of up to 20 stages and storing 399 cooking recipes. Users can choose from four cooking modes: hot air, steam, combi-steam, and retherm. A multi-point core temperature probe and a five-speed auto-reversing fan enhance cooking precision and efficiency. This model comes equipped with (10) wire racks, an LED light, and a triple-pane right-hinged door featuring an anti-microbial hygienic door handle. Additionally, it includes a convenient pull-out spray hose and a ConvoClean+ fully automatic hands-free cleaning system. The package also contains (1) CSRT2020-4 roll-in trolley.
