This electric Combi Oven/Steamer features a steam generator and can accommodate either (6) half-size sheet pans or (6) 12 in x 20 in x 1 in hotel pans. It is equipped with a user-friendly 9 in easyTouch control panel that allows for 20 programmable stages and stores up to 399 cooking recipes. The unit supports four cooking modes: hot air, steam, combi-steam, and retherm. A multi-point core temperature probe and a five-speed auto-reversing fan enhance cooking precision and efficiency.
Included are (3) wire racks, an LED light for visibility, and a triple-pane right-hinged door that features an anti-microbial hygienic door handle. For convenience, it comes with a pull-out spray hose and utilizes the ConvoClean+ fully automatic hands-free cleaning system. Constructed from durable stainless steel, this model is UL-listed for ventless operation (hood not required, subject to local codes), and also meets cULus and NSF certifications.
