This electric combi oven/steamer offers a boilerless design with a capacity for (6) half-size sheet pans or (6) 12 in x 20 in x 1 in hotel pans. It features a 9 in easyTouch control panel that allows for 20 stages and stores up to 399 cooking recipes. With (4) cooking modes—hot air, steam, combi-steam, and retherm—this unit includes a multi-point core temperature probe and a five-speed auto-reversing fan. It comes equipped with (3) wire racks, an LED light, and a triple-pane right-hinged door with an anti-microbial hygienic door handle. Additionally, it has a convenient pull-out spray hose and the ConvoClean+ fully automatic hands-free cleaning system. The stainless steel construction ensures durability, and the oven is UL-Listed ventless (no hood required, subject to local codes) as well as cULus and NSF certified.
