This electric Combi Oven/Steamer features a steam generator and can accommodate (6) full-size sheet pans measuring 18 in x 26 in or (12) hotel pans measuring 12 in x 20 in x 1 in. The 10" wifi-ready high-resolution easyTouch control panel offers 20 programmable stages along with the ability to store up to 399 cooking recipes. It operates in four different cooking modes: hot air, steam, combi-steam, and retherm. The oven is equipped with an LED light, a triple-pane right-hinged door that includes an anti-microbial hygienic handle, and a multi-point core temperature probe. Its five-speed auto-reversing fan ensures even cooking, and it comes with (3) wire shelves and a pull-out spray hose. The ConvoClean+ system provides fully automatic hands-free cleaning. Constructed from stainless steel, this unit is UL-Listed and ventless, eliminating the need for a hood while adhering to local codes.
