Equipped with a high-resolution, 10-inch easyTouch control panel, it offers 20 programmable stages and can store up to 399 cooking recipes. It operates in four cooking modes: hot air, steam, combi-steam, and retherm. With an LED light and a triple-pane right-hinged door that includes an anti-microbial hygienic handle, this oven also boasts a multi-point core temperature probe and a five-speed auto-reversing fan. It comes with three wire shelves and a pull-out spray hose for easy cleaning. The ConvoClean+ feature provides a fully automatic hands-free cleaning system.
