Convotherm C4 ET 6.20GB-N gas combi oven with steam generator and full-size trays

This gas Combi Oven/Steamer features a steam generator and has the capacity to accommodate either six full-size 18 x 26-inch sheet pans or twelve 12 x 20 x 1-inch hotel pans. Equipped with a high-resolution, 10-inch easyTouch control panel, it offers 20 programmable stages and can store up to 399 cooking recipes. It operates in four cooking modes: hot air, steam, combi-steam, and retherm. With an LED light and a triple-pane right-hinged door that includes an anti-microbial hygienic handle, this oven also boasts a multi-point core temperature probe and a five-speed auto-reversing fan. It comes with three wire shelves and a pull-out spray hose for easy cleaning. The ConvoClean+ feature provides a fully automatic hands-free cleaning system. Constructed from stainless steel, the oven operates at 0.6kW on a 120v/60/1-ph power supply, drawing 7.5 amps and producing 68,200 BTU. It meets cULus and NSF standards.
