This gas, boilerless combi oven/steamer features a capacity of six 18 in x 26 in full-size sheet pans or twelve 12 in x 20 in x 1 in hotel pans. Equipped with a 10” wifi-ready, high-resolution easyTouch control panel, it offers 20 customizable cooking stages and storage for up to 399 recipes. The unit provides four cooking modes: hot air, steam, combi-steam, and retherm, along with an LED light for enhanced visibility. The right-hinged door boasts a triple-pane design and an anti-microbial hygienic door handle. Additional features include a multi-point core temperature probe, a five-speed auto-reversing fan, and three wire shelves. A pull-out spray hose and the ConvoClean+ fully automatic hands-free cleaning system facilitate maintenance. Constructed from durable stainless steel, it operates at 0.5kW, 120v/60/1-ph, and 7.5 amps, delivering 68,200 BTU of power. Certifications include cULus and NSF.
