The Designer Series Griddle features a countertop gas design with a cooking surface measuring 15 inches wide by 18 inches deep. It is equipped with a 1/2-inch thick polished steel griddle plate and a 2-5/8 inch welded splash guard on the sides and rear. The unit includes high/low valve controls and piezo spark ignition for easy lighting. Constructed with stainless steel for the front and sides, it also has an internal grease drawer with a magnetic door for convenient cleanup. The adjustable legs provide a 4-inch range, and it offers a powerful 20,000 BTU output. This griddle is certified by NSF, CSA Star, and CSA Flame, ensuring its quality and safety.
