Constructed with a 1/2-inch thick polished steel griddle plate, it features a 2-5/8-inch welded splash guard on the sides and rear to keep your cooking area clean. The unit is equipped with high/low valve controls and a piezo spark ignition for easy operation. Its stainless steel front and sides ensure durability, while an internal grease drawer with a magnetic door simplifies cleanup. The adjustable 4-inch legs provide stability, and the griddle boasts 60,000 BTU of heating power. It meets NSF, CSA Star, and CSA Flame certifications for safety and performance.
