The Salamander Broiler is a gas unit measuring 35-1/2 inches wide, designed to complement a 48-inch restaurant range. It features a center-mounted design with a 47-1/4 inch wide flue riser and is equipped with two 20,000 BTU infrared burners that include Hi-Lo valve controls for precise temperature management. The broiler also comes with a three-position spring-balanced rack assembly and a removable grease pan for easy cleaning. Built from durable stainless steel, it includes a top, front, sides, backsplash, and bottom, all reinforced with heat shields. With a total output of 40,000 BTU, this unit is certified by NSF, CSA Star, and CSA Flame for safety and performance.
