The 1-inch thick smooth steel griddle plate ensures excellent heat retention and cooking performance. It is equipped with manual hi-lo controls and piezo pilot igniters for easy operation. A 4-inch deep front grease trough helps manage excess grease, while the stainless steel construction of the front, sides, and back provides durability and easy cleaning. With 4-inch adjustable feet for stability and an impressive output of 81,000 BTU, this griddle meets NSF, CSA Star, and CSA Flame certification standards.
