The U Series Restaurant Range features a gas setup with a 60-inch width. It is equipped with six powerful 32,000 BTU open burners and a 24-inch by 23-inch smooth steel griddle plate that is 5/8 inch thick. The range offers manual control and includes two standard ovens, each with three-position rack guides and an oven rack. Constructed with a stainless steel front, sides, plate rail, and a two-piece back guard and shelf, it sits on six stainless steel legs with adjustable feet. This model provides a total output of 304,000 BTU and meets NSF, CSA Flame, CSA Star, and cCSAus certification standards.
