The Sunfire ® Restaurant Range features a 60-inch gas design equipped with six open burners, each delivering 30,000 BTUs of power. It includes a 24-inch griddle made from a 5/8-inch thick steel plate, complemented by cast iron top and ring grates. This range also contains two standard ovens, each with two-position rack guides and one oven rack per unit. The exterior is crafted from stainless steel, including the front, sides, plate rail, backguard, and high shelf. It is supported by 6-inch steel core legs and boasts a total output of 286,000 BTUs. The range meets NSF, CSA Star, CSA Flame, and cCSAus certification standards.
