It is equipped with durable die-cast aluminum top heating elements and user-friendly EasyTouch screen programmable controls that come with a USB interface for added convenience. A towel bar with a bun pan lip enhances functionality, while stainless steel dual side grease collectors ensure easy cleanup. The griddle's exterior is crafted from stainless steel on the front, top, and sides for durability and ease of maintenance. Additionally, it is mounted on four casters with front brakes for mobility.
