The Gemmr BCB Blast Chiller is a single-section, reach-in unit designed for efficiency and convenience. It has a self-contained capacity for up to (10) trays (not included) and features a 7-inch color touch-screen control panel that supports (8) different languages. The unit offers programmable time and probe cycles, as well as a recipe book mode for added functionality. With a powerful 1-1/2 HP motor, it operates at 3105W on a 208-230v/60/1-ph electrical supply and draws 13.5 amps. Certified by cETLus and equipped with a NEMA 6-20P plug, this blast chiller is ideal for professional kitchen environments.
