The Chefmate Meat Chopper features a #12 head size and can process up to 250 lbs. of meat per hour. It is equipped with a manual reset motor overload protection system, ensuring safe operation. Constructed with stainless steel for durability, the chopper includes a cylinder, worm gear, and adjusting ring. Additionally, the package comes with one knife, one product tray, a 1/4 inch plate, a 5/16 inch plate, and a polycarbonate pusher. The chopper is powered by a 1 HP motor operating at 115v/60/1-ph with an 8.0-amp draw. It includes a NEMA 5-15P plug and meets cETLus and ETL-Sanitation standards, suitable for processing beef, pork, and venison only (not for poultry, cheese, or vegetables).
