The Chefmate Meat Chopper features a #22 head size and processes up to 450 lbs. of meat per hour. It is equipped with a manual reset motor overload protection system and constructed with durable stainless steel for the housing, cylinder, worm gear, and adjusting ring. Included with the chopper are a knife, a stainless steel product tray, a 1/4-inch plate, a 5/16-inch plate, a stuffing tube (requires a stuffing plate, not included), and a plastic pusher. It comes with a 6-foot power cord and operates at 115V/60/1-ph, with a 1-1/2 HP motor that draws 16.0 amps. The chopper is NEMA 5-15P certified and carries cETLus and ETL certifications, designed exclusively for grinding beef, pork, and venison—poultry, cheese, and vegetables are not compatible.
