This manual food slicer features a 12-inch diameter knife with adjustable slice thickness ranging from 0 to 9/16 inch. The design includes an extended chute and an end weight that can accommodate products up to 10-1/2 inches in height. The end weight boasts pyramid-shaped teeth and gripping teeth on its underside for enhanced stability. A top-mounted knife sharpener with dual stones ensures that the blade stays sharp, while the oversized positive traction grooved belt-driven system enhances slicing efficiency.

The slicer has a removable stainless steel ball bearing chute slide and a 35 ° angled food chute for better food management. Safety is prioritized with an attached knife ring guard, a knife cover knob, a removable interlock knife cover, and a slice deflector. Additional features include a power indicator light, motor overload protection with manual reset, an on/off switch, and a no voltage release relay system.

The unit is equipped with a knife hub and sealed splash zones, ensuring easy cleaning.
