The Spiral Dough Mixer has a capacity of 175 lbs and features a durable stainless steel bowl complemented by a stainless steel wire-form bowl guard. Equipped with a spiral dough hook, it offers front-mounted dual digital timer controls that can be set for up to 20 minutes. Its heavy-duty design includes a breaker bar and bowl jog feature, ensuring stability during operation. Built with robust metal construction, the mixer is finished with an FDA-approved white powder coat for safety and cleanliness. The unit is mobile, featuring ball-bearing mounted front and back casters for easy movement. The powerful bowl motor operates at 3/4 HP and 35 RPM, while the hook motor has two speeds: 3-1/4 HP at 100 RPM for the first speed and 6 HP at 200 RPM for the second. It operates at 208v/60/3-ph and is cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certified (note: a 3-phase NEMA L15-20P plug, which is not included, is required for operation).
