This electric countertop fryer features a 16-pound oil capacity and a thermostat with a temperature range of 70 °F to 375 °F. It comes equipped with a manual reset, a removable control box and heating element, and two nickel-plated fry baskets with insulated handles. Additional highlights include a nesting bar, a swing-up heating element, a lift-out fry pot, and adjustable stainless steel feet measuring 3-1/2 inches. The fryer meets NSF and cULus standards.
