Designed for safety and convenience, it includes a knife cover interlock and a kickstand for stability. The seamless anodized aluminum base adds durability, while the powerful 1/2 HP knife motor operates on 115v/60/1-ph with a current of 2.0 amps. With certification from cETLus and ETL-Sanitation, this slicer is proudly made in the USA. It is a replacement for the 3600N model, now with a frozen option that supersedes the 3600NF.
