The bench-mounted planetary mixer features a 20 qt. (19 liter) capacity and operates on a fixed three-speed system. It is equipped with a #12 hub and comes with a stainless steel removable bowl guard complete with a built-in ingredient chute. Included are a 20 qt. stainless steel mixing bowl, an aluminum spiral dough hook, a stainless steel wire whip, and an aluminum flat beater. The design includes an interlocked bowl lift, a gear-driven motor, and front-mounted touchpad controls that feature a 60-minute digital timer along with last batch recall.
