The Hydra-Kool Gelato Case features a multiplexible design, measuring 40-3/8 inches in width, 43-3/8 inches in depth, and 48-7/8 inches in height. It offers a capacity for 10 pans and maintains a temperature range of -4 to -7°F. A digital controller enhances usability, while the lift-up curved front tempered glass provides easy access. The sides are also made of tempered glass, complemented by rear tempered sliding doors. The interior is crafted from stainless steel and includes interior lighting for enhanced visibility. A 7-3/4 inch deep top sill and a matching rear work shelf add functionality. The exterior is finished in PVC-coated silver and black, and it features self-contained refrigeration along with adjustable feet. The product is cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certified.
