Hydra-Kool High Volume Refrigerated Open Merchandiser features a multiplexable design with a retractable night curtain. Its dimensions are 147 inches wide, 31 inches deep, and 77-3/4 inches high. The interior is made of PVC coated gray steel, equipped with five adjustable shelves. It maintains a temperature range of 32°F to 40°F and includes a digital controller for precise temperature management. Additionally, LED lighting is incorporated in the canopy and beneath each shelf for optimal visibility. The front panel is constructed from PVC coated silver steel, complemented by a gray kick plate. This unit is designed for remote refrigeration, has adjustable feet, and meets ETL-Sanitation and cETLus certifications.
