The Hydra-Kool Deli Case is designed for packaged products with a service type that allows for flexibility. It measures 101-1/5 inches in width, 43-3/8 inches in depth, and 47-1/4 inches in height. This unit features a tilt-forward flat front made of tempered glass equipped with an anti-condensate system, alongside tempered glass sides for enhanced visibility. Inside, the PVC-coated gray steel interior includes one tempered non-refrigerated glass shelf and is illuminated by LED lighting. A digital controller ensures easy management, while rear removable sliding glass doors provide quick access. Additional storage is available in the three-door rear compartment located beneath the display area. The top sill has a depth of 19-7/8 inches, complemented by an 8-1/2 inch deep rear work shelf. The front panel, constructed from PVC-coated silver steel, is paired with a black steel kick plate. Adjustable feet allow for leveling, and the self-contained refrigeration system powered by a 5/8 HP motor comes with a cord and plug. This model meets ETL-Sanitation and cETLus standards.
