The Elevation Series Modular Cube Ice Maker features an air-cooled, self-contained condenser with dual exhaust for top and side air discharge. With a width of 30 inches, this unit can produce approximately 561 pounds of ice per day at 70 °/50 ° (or 432 pounds at 90 °/70 °), creating full-size cubes. It includes PURE ICE ® built-in antimicrobial protection, an LED status display, and easy one-touch controls for sanitizing and descaling. The food zone components are dishwasher safe, and the unit complies with cULus, NSF, CE standards and is BPA-free.
