The Elevation Series Modular Cube Ice Maker features an air-cooled, self-contained condenser with dual exhaust for top and side air discharge. Measuring 30 inches in width, it can produce approximately 600 pounds of ice per 24 hours at 70 °/50 ° (455 pounds at 90 °/70 °), and it produces full-size cubes. Designed with PURE ICE ® built-in antimicrobial protection, it includes an LED status display for easy monitoring and one-touch controls for sanitizing and descaling. The food zone components are dishwasher safe, and the unit complies with cULus, NSF, CE standards and is BPA-free.
